Dania has more than 20 years of experience in sales and management in some of the most dynamic Romanian markets: IT and telecommunications. She spent more than half of her career working for IBM Romania and Telekom, where she held top management positions, but she is equally experienced working for entrepreneurial organisations like: Tremend, Greentek and PitechPlus. Dania has led diverse teams, from small – few sales representatives – up to multi-functional teams of over 200 professionals.

Dania assists several companies (especially in tech domain) that innovate new products and sell globally. She gets involved with the management of these companies in the co-creation of growth strategies and tactics to increase sales and profitability.
